Got To Get Out Adventure Ts & C’s

Here’s a few basic terms & conditions you need to know about before joining  one our trips. There are more at our check-in page, which you sign before each trip even if you’ve travelled with us before. 
 

1. Age

You must be 16 years of age or older to attend this event. In some instances, children under 16 years of age may join the adventure on a case by case basis with parental supervision and signed approval.

2. Adventure Check In (risk acknowledgement / medical form)

Participants must ‘check in‘, effectively signing the adventure participation waiver prior to the adventure commencing.

3. Payment, Postponements, cancellations & refunds

Full adventure payment is due at sign up, fully refundable up to 7 days prior to departure. All ticket prices are shown in NZ Dollars and include GST where applicable.

We have limited spots available per adventure. You must give adequate warning of needing to cancel your ticket. Each “no show” to a trip means someone else could have gotten out on this epic adventure, possibly for their first time!

In the event of an event cancellation, the purchase will be refunded directly to the credit card used for the original purchase. In the event of a postponement, purchased tickets for the original date will be valid for the new date unless otherwise notified. Purchasers have the option to seek a refund for the value of the purchased ticket(s) for a postponed event by contacting Got To Get Out prior to the replacement date for the postponed event.

4. Transport

By purchasing this ticket, you agree to our adventure transportation plan: to meet at the designated point and travel with Got To Get Out in their provided vehicles to ensure that everyone has the exact same guided experience & reduce logistical challenges.

5. Changes in adventure

Got To Get Out reserves the right to withdraw, replace, add or substitute event details as may be required from time to time for reasons including but not limited to availability of adventure, safety concerns or unfavourable weather.  Got To Get Out will endeavour to advise you in a timely fashion if an adventure is withdrawn or replaced or event details are added or substituted.  Where minor changes are made just prior to the event date, GTGO will advise these changes during the safety briefing for the event.
 

6.  Refusal of admission or ejection for objectionable behaviour

Got To Get Out reserves the right, without refund of any amount paid, to refuse admission to, or eject, any person whose behaviour does not comply with the rules and regulations set forth by Got To Get Out whilst participating in an adventure.
